Thanks to all you guys for your support. We've pretty much accepted that ChaCha's gone (except for my cat, he still looks for her), but the house just feels kinda empty.
Anyways, on a lighter note, Pixar, you have now won me over. I have been hostile towards you for so long since you nearly killed of Disney 2-D, but you have just blown me away to the point where I have to love you.
WALL-E was absolutely amazing. Pixar animation has gotten to the point where, even though the style is still cartoonish, you have to remind yourself "Wow, that's animation." The storyline was absolutely charming, and the robot love story was one of the sweetest I've ever seen! I think WALL-E knocked Speed Racer out of it's #2 spot on this summer's best movies, and it's seriously contending with Horton Hears a Who. One of the most brilliant parts of WALL-E was the dialogue- or lack thereof. Even with the robots' speech limited to about 10-15 different sounds, the creators found neat subtle ways to convey the background storyline. And don't worry, though the movie has a slight but clear environmentalist tone to it, it in no way beats the idea into the audience, just gives a slight reminder. I've read quite a few reviews (rottentomatoes.com gives it a 97%- which is close to Godly) and have to agree a bit with some of the criticism. The story kicks off in such a way that overpassed everyone's expectations, but in doing so, the lattet half of the movie is a bit less entertaining in comparison. But I use the word "less" lightly, as the entire movie is just astounding from start to finish. So for those of you who are counting the change in your pockets, wait for movies like Get Smart or Indiana Jones (I feel like I'm betraying Harrison here) to show up at Blockbuster or Netflix and save your pennies to see WALL-E on the big screen. I can assure you that you won't regret it.
EDIT: After seeing WALL-E for a second time, I take back what I said about it surpassing Speed Racer. WALL-E was amazing the first time, and still good the second time, but Speed Racer got better every time I saw it, and all 4 times I walked out of the theatre with a racing heart. So, please forgive me, Wachowski bros.

And that's my movie review. I know no one reads them, I just like writing them. XD So, how's everyone's summer going? I'm taking two art classes in Laguna Beach and driving back and forth for the next 5 weeks, but so far the classes are fairly rewarding. My first class is Drawing Fundamentals, which is the kind of stuff that I've been doing since before high school. I've learned a few nice tricks, but overall the class is a 3-hour drag. My second class, however, is Figure Drawing (yes, nekkid peoples) and that is such a great and helpful class. Anyone that's afraid to take one, don't me. I'm a major prude, but you get over the initial shock quickly and just start to see shapes. It's amazing for improving anatomy. Hopefully you guys will see improvement in the next month. ^^ Also, being in Laguna Beach, my family and I are taking a few trips to D*sneyland as well. YAY! >w< So expect more pictures from there. Oh, which reminds me, I still have to finish my Roxas in Disneyland series from my last trip... Later!

never grow up... there's a great difference between maturity and being "grown up", between being child-like and childish.... it is a sad thing indeed to lose one's inner-child, the ability to imagine, dream, and hope... so, never grow up...

God: Since you were cursed with that scar for the rest of your life, I will give you awesome heavenly hair.
Zuko: Can't you just get rid of the scar?
God: No.
1. The sword I bought off of amazon.com. This is the same one: [link] When I got it, I had my dad help me saw off the guard (it's a seperate piece, so luckily it just comes off without ruining the main part of the sword. Then I got some plastic-safe black spraypaint and painted the blade, and took some gold paint to the etchings.
2. I didn't go all-out on the shoes. I didn't have time to modify them, but I got some plain old leather sandals. They're close enough to what Sokka has.
3. (Haha, well, he is a sexy piece of man
I hope that helps! Don't hesitate to ask any more questions. ^^
